Giving permission to use data

• Have signed pupil’s permission to use and process personal data (including their name and driving licence number) to book a driving or motorcycle test on their behalf and to provide the results of the test to the school.
• We will send out pupils a link to our privacy notice, so that they know what we are doing with their data.

1. General Terms

• Agreement: These terms govern your use of Book Driving's services. By using our platform, you accept these terms and agree to abide by them.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into this agreement and use our services.

2. Instructor and Learner Agreement

• Instructor Qualifications:All instructors registered on the Book Driving platform are certified, experienced, and meet the necessary legal and licensing requirements.
• Lesson Bookings:Learners must book lessons in advance through the platform. Confirmation will be sent after successful booking. Availability of instructors depends on their schedules.
• Cancellation Policy:Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee unless otherwise specified by the instructor.
• Payment:All payments are processed through our secure online system. Book Driving does not charge any commissions or hidden fees. However, individual instructors may have their own rates for lessons, which will be displayed before booking.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information:Learners must provide accurate personal and driving information. Book Driving is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect details.
• Code of Conduct:Learners and instructors must treat each other respectfully. Disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension from the platform.
• Lesson Etiquette:Learners must attend scheduled lessons on time and follow instructor guidelines. Instructors have the right to refuse service if safety or conduct rules are violated.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Service Responsibility:Book Driving acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality of lessons provided by individual instructors.
• Driving Safety:Book Driving is not liable for any accidents, damages, or incidents that occur during driving lessons. Learners are responsible for complying with traffic laws and instructor guidance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Book Driving website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Book Driving or licensed to us. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any materials without prior written consent is prohibited.
