    • Payment:All payments are processed through our secure online system. Trust Pilot does not charge any commissions or hidden fees. However, individual instructors may have their own rates for lessons, which will be displayed before booking.

    • Accurate Information:Learners must provide accurate personal and driving information. Trust Pilot is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect details.
    • Code of Conduct:Learners and instructors must treat each other respectfully. Disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension from the platform.
    • Lesson Etiquette:Learners must attend scheduled lessons on time and follow instructor guidelines. Instructors have the right to refuse service if safety or conduct rules are violated.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    • Service Responsibility:Trust Pilot acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality of lessons provided by individual instructors.
    • Driving Safety:Trust Pilot is not liable for any accidents, damages, or incidents that occur during driving lessons. Learners are responsible for complying with traffic laws and instructor guidance.
